I'm in Glacier National Park...the Many Glacier region to be more specific. That's the Many Glacier Hotel just below the middle of the picture...the frozen expanse of Swiftcurrent Lake beyond it...Grinnell Point, Swiftcurrent Mountain, and Mt. Wilbur (left to right) towering above it all. It's a vacation paradise for hordes of people in the summer. It is generally a place to avoid when Old Man Winter gets a hold of it. Friends of mine have chosen to co-exist with the grumpy bastard for six ice-clad months. Some other friends, and I, chose to venture inside for a visit. It's been interesting. I leave tomorrow. I'm hoping the journey out will be easier than the journey in. I hope Old Man Winter will go easy on me. I hope he'll recognize the crap I went through to get in and think, "Fine...I'll give the guy a break."
I've got stories. I've got pictures. I'll share them when I'm back in Boise.
Happy March.

Speaking of old men, you'll be 29 this month! HA! ....was that rude?
