Women Troubles

I'm having cramps.

Or at least that's what I'm comparing them to. One side effect of the antibiotics I'm taking is abdominal pain. Intense, painful cramping in my gut. It sucks. I imagined today that "this must feel what it's like to be a woman."

I thought I might get a little sympathy from my female co-workers when I said this. I was empathizing with them after all. Instead, I got this: (said in a mean, nasty voice).

"Now you know what it feels like. Now you know what I'm experiencing when I come in here once a month acting like a bitch."

My response: "What's your excuse every other time?"

I love you Beth. :)

So are you chewing your antibiotics or swallowing them whole like a big boy? :)

Umm...just to let you know...you're opening yourself up to a whole world of trouble with this post...I decline to comment because I refuse to be that girl.

sarah: both. they said I could take it with or without food.
liz: i hate you. not really, but you know.

don't worry, you won't always have to put up with cramps.
because, you know, you'll be going through menopause.
